With blogs, you need to have acquired enough relevant and optimized content before you get good rankings with the search engines. Increasing your online ranking is important in making money through blogging. It allows readers to find you. And, the more traffic you get into your website, the better is your probability of generating ad revenue. Here are some tips on how to get this done:

1. Focus on a set of keywords: In a way, this sets the tone and theme of your blog. By focusing on just a set of related keywords, you allow search engine spiders to easily categorize your blog. Focused keywords increase your blog’s relevance for searches using those keywords.
